Commission Process

Read the Terms of Service and then fill out the order form.

I will contact you and will give a quotation.Once I receive the full payment, I will start with the sketch right away.

A rough sketch will be sent to you for approval. Major changes can only be done in this stage.Please refer to the Terms of Service for more information on what is considered a major or minor change.

Once the commissioned piece is finished, you will receive a Google Drive link of the files! :)
Terms of Service
General Rules
- Commissions are for personal use only. Please do not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
- Rush orders will not be accepted.
- You can track your commission's progress here.
- Preferred means of communication is through Twitter/X DMs. Feel free to message me for updates :)
Payment
- I will only start working on the commission after I receive 100% of the payment.
- USD via PayPal
- PHP via SeaBank, GCash or Maya
Process & Delivery
- Updates will be sent by stages: (1) rough sketch, (2) lineart, and (3) color checking .
- The commission will take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks to finish depending on my workload and/or complexity of the artwork.
- Default canvas size is A4 (2480px x 3508px), 300dpi. For chibi commissions, size is square (3000px x 3000px), 300dpi. Please let me know if you'd like a different size if you're planning to use the commission as an icon, wallpaper, postcard print, etc.
- The commissioner will not be mailed anything physical and will only receive two digital copies: (1) a low resolution PNG file with watermark that you can post online and (2) a high resolution PNG file without watermark. For chibi commissions, an additional file with transparent background will be included.
- Once the commissioned piece is finished, you will receive a Google Drive link of the files.
Revisions
- The commissioner may request two (2) major changes during the rough sketch stage only. Any minor changes can also be made during this stage.
- After the sketch is confirmed and I've already started working on the lineart and colors, the commissioner may request up to three (3) minor changes.
- Once the commissioned piece is finished, if necessary, the commissioner may request one (1) final minor change.
- Further changes requested will have an extra fee. Please provide as many references as possible to avoid extra fees.
- Major changes include pose/perspective change, outfit change, etc.
- Minor changes include small alterations like editing a prop, facial expression, base colors etc.
Refunds
- No refunds after I start doing your commission.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances where I am unable to finish your commission after more than eight weeks/two months have passed, a full refund will be given.
Usage
- I reserve the right to post the finished artwork with my watermark online or include it in my portfolio unless we make an agreement beforehand.
- Regardless of where the commissioned work is posted or used, I must be credited as the artist.
- Once the commission is finished, the commissioner may do anything with the commissioned art except profit whether directly or indirectly, resell, deform, or claim as their own.
